Adjusting bonnet lock

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Setting gauge -3371-

t	Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-

Note

New bolts are to be used when adjusting the bonnet lock.

Carry out following work:

–	Loosen bolts -2- to adjust bonnet lock -1- relative to bonnet laterally -arrow b- and vertically -arrows a- → Rep. gr.00.

Specified torque for bolts -2-: 12 Nm.
