  Note
Removal and installation is described for the right mirror glass only. The left side is similar.
Removing
  W00-10676
Carry out following work:
  WARNING
When doing this repair work, always wear safety goggles and leather gloves!
–  Protect edge of housing -2- against paint damage with e.g. fabric-reinforced adhesive tape.
–  Press bottom of mirror glass -1- into mirror housing.
–  Press mirror glass -1- off adjuster unit -2--arrow a- using wedge -T10383-.
–  Swivel mirror glass -1- to side -arrow b- and detach existing connector contacts -3- for electric mirror heating on back of mirror glass -1-.

Installing
Carry out following work:
–  Press connector contacts onto mirror glass.
–  Push mirror glass centrally onto adjustment unit in housing.
Mirror glass engages audibly.
l  Perform functional check.
