l  With gearbox in neutral, selector lever must be in selector lever gate for 3rd and 4th gear.
–  Operate clutch.
–  Select all gears several times.
–  If the difficulty in engaging a gear persists after repeated attempts, repeat adjustment procedure of selector mechanism → Chapter.
