Removing engine control unit from bracket

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Pop rivet pliers -VAS 5072-

Removing

–	Remove engine control unit → Chapter.

–	Drill out pop rivets -4-.

Installing

Install in reverse order. In the process, note the following:

–	Rivet engine control unit -3- to bracket -1- using pop rivets -4-.

–	Use pop rivet pliers -VAS 5072- to do this.
