t  Always renew oil seals and seals.
t  After removing all seals, inspect the contact faces on housings and shafts for burrs and damage and remove all which are found.
t  Completely remove all residue from liquid sealants from the sealing surfaces, making sure that no residual sealant gets into the steering box housing.
