remove cover for exhaust muffler

-

remove bolt from right rubber mount of engine carrier

-

insert tool as shown in illustration

pin of tool must fit into smaller hole of pulley

^

when loosening: smaller hole of pulley must be up

^

when tightening: smaller hole of pulley must be down

NOTE

Triple V-belt pullies supplied as spare parts have only TDC mark 0.

cut 5 ATDC notch 7.5 mm (0.294 in.) to left of TDC mark
