the return line to the control system cover

-

the cable harness to the holder on the cover

-

the ground lead for the gearbox.

Installing the sub-frame

Install the sub-frame. See: Sub-frame front, replacing See: Body and Frame/Frame/Subframe/Front Subframe/Service and Repair.
Remove the lifting beams and lifting hooks
Twist in the tab on the cable harness holder.

Install:

-

the screw for the gear-shift position sensor and holder. Tighten to 25 Nm

-

the lever for the gear shift linkage rod. Tighten the nut. Tighten to 16 Nm

-

the mechanical gearbox cable on the lever.

Installing the air cleaner (ACL) housing

Install the air cleaner (ACL) housing, including all hoses and electrical terminals. See Gear selector cables, replacing See: Transmission and
Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Shift Linkage/Shift Cable/Service and Repair/Gear Selector Cables, Replace.
Top up with new oil, part no. 116 1540-8, using the same quantity that was drained earlier. See Transmission fluid, replacing See: Transmission and
Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transmission Fluid, Replacing. Top up and check the oil
level. See Oil level, checking See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Procedures/Oil Level, Checking.

Note! After replacing the transmission oil, the "Transmission oil change" counter must be reset. See Transmission fluid, replacing See:
Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Transmission Fluid, Replacing
