Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor Replacement
1. Remove the glove box. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and Repair/Glove Box Removal/Installation
2. Remove the USB adapter unit. See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Service and Repair/USB Adapter Unit
Replacement
3. Disconnect the 5P connector (A) from the passenger's air mix control motor. Remove the self-tapping screws and the passenger's air mix control
motor (B) from the heater unit.
4. Install the motor in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the pin on the motor is properly engaged with the linkage. After installation, make
sure the motor runs smoothly.
