Door trim panel, installing

Work sequence

Note

Check door plastic moisture barrier for looseness or tears

Secure or replace as necessary
-

retaining tab on door (arrow) frame must be vertical with door inner panel. Straighten as necessary

-

slide trim panel over locking knob connecting rod

install trim panel with new retaining clip behind metal tab

-

push in all sides of panel by plastic clips

-

install armrest, map tray and trim components in reverse order of their removal
