Loosen drive belt tensioner and turn in direction of arrow to tension belt

Belt is correctly tensioned when it can be twisted 90~ with thumb and index finger, between camshaft and intermediate shaft drive belt sprocket.

Replace all covers as shown in Fig. 3.
