Removing and installing intake housing
Removing and installing intake housing
   
Removing
–  Remove the heater/air conditioning unit: Heater → Chapter, air conditioner → Chapter.
–  Remove the control motor for the fresh-air/air recirculation flap: Heater/manually controlled air conditioner → Chapter, automatically controlled air conditioner → Chapter.
–  Screw out the bolt -4-.
–  Unfasten the clips -2, 3-.
–  Detach the intake housing -1- to the front -arrow-.
Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter.
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
–  Fit the control motor for the fresh-air/air recirculation flap: Heater/manually controlled air conditioner → Chapter, automatically controlled air conditioner → Chapter.
–  Fit the heater/air conditioning unit: Heater → Chapter, air conditioner → Chapter.
