Removing and installing poly V-belt > < Cylinder block (pulley end)

1 - Poly V-belt
q   Check for wear
q   Before removing, mark direction of rotation with chalk or felt-tip pen
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Do not kink
q   When installing, make sure it is properly seated on pulleys
2 - Bolt
q   With washer
q   Renew
q   Lubricate thread with oil before fitting
q   Contact surface must be free of oil or grease
q   150 Nm + 180° further
3 - Poly V-belt pulley
q   For crankshaft
  Caution
Risk of damage to engine.
To prevent the crankshaft chain sprocket from slipping off the drive lug, do not rotate the crankshaft after the poly V-belt pulley has been detached.
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil or grease
4 - Bearing bush
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil or grease
5 - O-ring
q   Renew
6 - Idler roller
q   For poly V-belt
q   40 Nm
7 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Item
8 - Poly V-belt pulley
q   For coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
9 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Item
10 - Coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
11 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.27
12 - Alternator
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.27
13 - Bolt
q   Renew
q   20 Nm + 90° further
14 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.87
15 - Bracket
q   For air conditioner compressor
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
16 - Tensioner
q   For poly V-belt
q   Lock in position with locking pin -T10060 A-.
17 - Air conditioner compressor
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.87
18 - Bolt
q   Tightening torque → Rep. gr.87
19 - Dowel sleeve
20 - Oil seal
q   For crankshaft (pulley end)
q   Renewing → Chapter
