| Before installing a new window, cut back remaining adhesive bead on body flange for window, but do NOT remove completely. |
Caution | The remaining sealant is required as a base for better adhesion of the new adhesive sealant. Keep bonding areas free of dirt and grease. |

| Clean window in bonding area with cleaning fluid -D 009 401 04- and prime with glass and paint primer -D 009 200 02-. |

| Note 10-minute flash-off period for primer. |

| Adhesive bead height = 12 mm + 3 mm |

| Width of bead = 8 mm ± 2 mm |
Caution | Window must be fitted within 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive properties of the adhesive sealant will be impaired. |
