t  Protective cover for bonnet Audi A2 -VAS 6011-

Removing
–  Wash and rub dry the outside of the bonnet.
–  Release the service flap from inside.
–  Release the bonnet -arrows- and pull it forwards slightly.

–  Fit the protective cover -VAS 6011- over the bonnet.

  A10-0685
Do not stand the bonnet on end.
–  Detach the bonnet and set it down on the protective cover -VAS 6011-.
–  Switch on ignition.
–  Actuate the “Flick wipe” function and allow the wiper arm to move to its end position.
–  Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

–  Use a screwdriver to prise off the caps -3- and -4- at the two-piece wiper arm.
–  Unfasten the nuts of the two-piece wiper arm by several turns.
–  By tilting slightly, consecutively detach the arms -1- and -2- from the wiper shafts.
–  Completely unscrew the nuts and detach the two-piece wiper arm.
  Note
If the two-piece wiper arm cannot be detached in this manner, use a commercially available puller.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
–  Adjust the wiper arm → Chapter.
