Remove seat pan - 5 -.

-

Remove backrest and guide electrical wiring harness out of seat frame.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

-

Insert the bolts with locking compound.

‹› 20 Nm

‹› Insert with locking compound.

Electrical Wiring

‹› for backrest heating

Bolt

‹› 24 Nm

‹› Insert with locking compound.

Seat Frame

Drill Out Pop Rivet, Connectors

-

Drill out pop rivets - arrows - using a dia. 4.0 mm drill.

-

Disconnect electrical connectors:

1. Seat heating connector.

2. Backrest heating connector.

3. Belt latch detection connector.
