‹› Pop rivet pliers (VAS 5072)

‹› Drill machine

‹› Drill bit dia. 6.0 mm

Removing

-

Remove seat, refer to => [ Seat ]. See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Bucket Seat/Seat

Secure the seat on the fixture for seat repair ( VAS 6136), refer to => [ Front Seat, Installing on VAS 6136 ] See: Description and Operation/Front
Manual Seats.

Remove backrest and front seat pan, refer to => [ Front Backrest and Seat Pan ]. See: Front Backrest and Seat Pan

Remove backrest cover, refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Cushion ] See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Front Bucket Seat Covers and Cushion.

Remove bolts - arrows - on inner part of belt guide.

Remove inner part of belt guide - 1 -.

-

Rotate inner part of belt guide and release retaining tabs - arrows -.
