Drive Belt: Locations

Ribbed belt, assembly bracket, assembly overview

Note:  Before removing ribbed belt, mark the turning direction on it with chalk or a felt tip pen. A reversed turning direction can cause damage to the
belt under operating conditions. When installing, make sure the belt is correctly seated in the belt pulley.

1 - Pulley

For ribbed belt

2 - Special bolt
^

10 Nm plus an additional 90 ° (1/4 turn)

3 - 23 Nm

4 - Tensioning device for ribbed belt

To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using open-end wrench.

Secure tensioner with special tool Locking Pin T10060A

5 - Bracket for assemblies

6 - 23 Nm

7 - 23 Nm

8 - Generator

To facilitate installing generator, slightly drive back threaded bushings for retaining bolts on generator.

9 - 45 Nm

Insert with locking fluid

^

Observe tightening sequence.
