Position steering gear so it is in the straight position.

Drill out the 6 peenings using a 4 mm drill bit until dimension - a - has been reached.
CAUTION.
Do not drill deeper than 3 mm dimension - a -.

Vacuum the drill shavings from the steering gear housing.

Remove adjustment screw.

Remove spring and sealing ring - arrow -.
-
Remove thrust piece from steering gear housing with HAZET (1847-2).
