General Body Assembly Exterior (Repair groups 50, 55, 57, 58, 60, 63, 64, 66)
Protective strips
Removing and installing sill cladding (S3)

  • Sill cladding
    • ◆ In scope of delivery:
    • ‒ End cap =>Page 66-20
  • ◆ Removing
    • ‒ Open door.
    • ‒ Unclip sill panel -66-18.
    • ‒ Remove side panel cover -66-12.
    • ‒ Remove clip strip (retaining strip) -7-
    • ‒ Detach sill cladding from bracket -66-18.
    • ‒ Detach sill cladding from end cap -66-20.
    • ‒ Unscrew Torx bolts -6-.
    • ‒ Remove sill cladding.

  • ◆ Installing
    • ‒ Attach sill cladding and secure with Torx bolts -6-.
    • ‒ Fasten sill cladding to bracket -66-18.
    • ‒ Fasten sill cladding to end cap -66-20.
    • ‒ Install clip strip (retaining strip) -7-
    • ‒ Install side panel cover -66-12.
    • ‒ Clip in sill panel -8-.

  • End cap

  • Side panel cover
