Removing and installing cover and upholstery for backrest (non-split)



‒ Remove backrest ‒ Lever off lock lever -5-. ‒ Unscrew bolts -4- (3x) from lock trim -3-. ‒ Remove head restraint -8- by pressing catch on left rod. ‒ Remove head restraint guide -9- Fig.1 ‒ Lever fastening strip out of backrest pan -7-. ‒ Roll back seat cover -1-. ‒ Snip through staples -6- and remove seat cover -1- -A-. ‒ Use stapling tool V.A.G 1634 to fit new staples.
