  • ‒ Connect fault reader V.A.G 1551, enter address word "02 Gearbox electronics" and advance the programme until "Select function XX" appears in the display => from Page 01-25.

Secure fault reader to rear seat and operate from this position. Observe safety precautions Page 01-26

  • ‒ Press keys 0 and 8. (The function "Read measured value block" is selected with 08.)

  • ‒ Confirm entry with key Q.
 
→ Indicated on display:

Enter display group number XXX
  • ‒ Enter Display Group number => List of available Display Group numbers, Page 01-90.
  • ‒ Confirm entry with key Q.
 
→ The measured value block always shows 4 display zones (with physical values where required). For an explanation of values 1 to 4 in the individual display zones =>Test table, Page 01-92.
