Removing and installing tailgate aerial amplifiers

Aerial amplifiers are located behind upper (2x) and lower (1x) tailgate trim.

–	Switch off all electrical equipment.

–	Remove ignition key.

Removing:

1. Aerial amplifiers behind upper trim:

–	Remove upper tailgate trim → General body repairs, Interior; Rep. Gr.70.

–	Slacken off bolts -2- (4.5 Nm), unplug connectors -3- and detach aerial amplifier -1-.

Left aerial amplifier is removed in similar manner.

2. Aerial amplifier behind lower trim:

–	Remove lower tailgate trim → General body repairs, Interior; Rep. Gr.70.

–	Slacken off bolt -2- (4.5 Nm), unplug connectors -3- and -4- and detach aerial amplifier -1-.

Installing:

–	Install accordingly in reverse order of removal.
