  Note!
The fault information displayed is not constantly updated, but rather only on starting self-diagnosis or using function 05 “Erasing fault memory”.
   
Indicated on display:
–  Press keys 0 and 2 (02 is used to select “Interrogating fault memory” function).

Indicated on display:
–  Confirm entry by pressing Q key.
The number of stored faults appears on the display.

Indicated on display:
The stored faults are displayed and printed out consecutively.
–  Check printout against fault table and rectify faults → Chapter.
If “No fault detected” is displayed, tester returns to initial setting after pressing key.

If any other display appears, refer to → Fault reader operating instructions.
–  Press keys 0 and 6 (06 is used to select “End of output” function).
–  Confirm entry by pressing Q key.
–  Switch off ignition and unplug diagnostic connector.
