  Note
   
t  Adjustment ring -D- with lug -B- is swivel-mounted on intake manifold -A-.
t  Seal -C- is designed to prevent water running directly into intake area via connection point.
t  There are different versions of the intake manifold -A- (for vehicles up to model year 2008 and for vehicles from model year 2009 onwards); for correct version refer to → Chapter and → Electronic parts catalogue.
Removing
  A82-0492
–  Pull intake manifold -A- to release it from fasteners -E-.
–  After removing intake manifold -A-, check relevant catch mechanisms -E-; if retaining tabs have been broken off during removal, remove them from air intake area of auxiliary heater.
Installing
–  Insert seal -C- in auxiliary heater.
–  Insert intake manifold -A- in auxiliary heater as shown (observe tab -B-).
