Procedure
l  The exhaust system must be aligned when it is cool.
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Particulate filter and NOx storage catalytic converter - exploded view“
–  Loosen bolt connections on front clamp.
–  Push exhaust system towards front of vehicle until preloading at mounting for rear silencer -a- = 15 ... 17 mm.

–  Install clamp so that ends of bolts do not protrude beyond bottom of clamp -arrow-.
