Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Radiator and Coolant Fan Assembly Overview ] See: Radiator and Coolant Fan Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Air Guides, Installing with Connector. Refer to => [ Hose Connections with Connector Couplings, Assembling ] See: Powertrain
Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Hose Connections with Connector Couplings, Assembling

Connect the coolant hose with the connector coupling. Refer to => [ Connect the Coolant Hose with the Connector Coupling ] See: Radiator and
Coolant Fan Assembly Overview.

Install fan shroud. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud ] See: Fan Shroud/Service and Repair.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair.
