Removing
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Removal wedge -3409-
  W00-0016
Removing
–  Remove interior light/reading light (front) → Chapter.
–  Carefully pry light lens -1- off retainer -2- in direction of -arrow- using removal wedge -3409-.

–  Use a small screwdriver to release retaining clips -3- in direction of -arrow- and swivel garage door operating unit -E284--item 1- out of interior light/reading light -2-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Press on lens for interior light/reading light (front) until it engages.
–  Insert interior light/reading light in opening in headliner and clip into place.
