Removing and installing window lifter and door window from/to door subframe

  • Door subframe
    • ◆ Removing and installing .
  • Washer
    • ◆ Removal:
    • ‒ Remove door subframe -1-.
    • ‒ Lower window lifter -4- fully.
    • ‒ Unscrew bolts -3-.
    • ‒ Unclip and take out window.
    • ◆ Installing/adjusting
    • ‒ Clip in clip -3-.
    • ‒ Installing and adjusting .
 
A58-0010
  • Bolt (2x)
    • ◆ Tightening torque 2.5 Nm.
  • Window lifter
    • ◆ Removal:
    • ‒ Remove door subframe -1-.
    • ‒ Unscrew bolts -3-.
    • ‒ Unclip and take out window.
    • ‒ Drill out rivets -5-
    • ‒ Take out window lifter.
    • ◆ Installation:
    • ‒ Install in reverse order.
  • Rivets
    • ‒ Fit rivets in sequence a; b; c, d.
    • ‒ Fit using V.A.G 1753 B.
