Removing and installing compressor bracket

  • ‒ Observe notes .
  • ‒ Move lock carrier to service position.

  • ‒ Remove the noise insulation.

  • ‒ Remove the oil filter. Protect the sealing surfaces from damage

  • ‒ Slacken off the ribbed belt:

Note:

Zexel and Nippondenso/Denso compressors have different ribbed belts. Assignment:

    • ◆ With washer
  • Compressor with air-conditioner magnetic clutch
  • Washer
  • Hexagon bolt - 25 Nm
  • Bracket
    • ◆ For refrigerant hoses
    • ◆ First attach to the clip of the refrigerant hoses

  • Compressor bracket
  • Hexagon socket-head bolt - 25 Nm
    • ◆ With washer
  • Compressor with air-conditioner magnetic clutch
