Removing

Important:
Hot steam can escape when opening cap on expansion tank: Cover cap with a cloth and open carefully.
  • ‒ Open the cover of the coolant expansion tank.
  • ‒ Drain coolant .

Installing

  • ‒ Clean and smooth down sealing surface for O-ring as required.
  • ‒ Install thermostat, new O-ring and connection.
  • ‒ Top up cooling system => Page 19-7.

Check coolant thermostat

  • ‒ Heat thermostat in water bath.
