Dismantling and assembling engine
Checking semi automatic toothed belt tensioner

Test conditions

  • ● Toothed belt in position and tensioned.

Test sequence
 
A13-0027
  • ‒ → Tension toothed belt with firm thumb pressure.
    Notch and lobe -arrow- must move.
  • ‒ Release thumb pressure on toothed belt. Tensioner must return to initial position.
    • ‒ Markings -arrows- must be aligned.
