Removing
–  Release quick-release fasteners and remove engine cover panel -arrows-.

–  Detach air cleaner cover -arrow-.

–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Remove air duct -1 and 2-.

–  Remove crankcase breather pipe -2-.
–  Detach crankcase breather hose from cylinder head cover.
–  Detach pipe -1- on combination valve for secondary air from cylinder head cover and heat shield -3-.
–  Pivot secondary air pipe slightly to the side.

–  Unscrew earth wire -2-.
–  Unplug electrical connectors -3- and move electrical wiring clear.
–  Pull out ignition coils -1-.

  A15-0574
Use puller -T40039- to remove ignition coils.

–  Loosen two retaining clips for toothed belt cover (top section).
–  Remove nuts -arrows- and detach cylinder head cover.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
t  Renew all seals and gaskets.
t  Renew gaskets for cylinder head cover if damaged.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.

–  Apply small quantity of sealant to sealing points -arrows- at top sealing surface of cylinder head; sealant → Parts catalogue.
  A15-0137
–  Apply small quantity of sealant to sealing points -arrows- at top sealing surface of cylinder head; sealant → Parts catalogue.
  A15-0138
–  First tighten inner nuts for cylinder head cover and then outer nuts in diagonal sequence.
–  Install top section of toothed belt cover (make sure it engages securely on centre section of toothed belt cover).
