Removing and installing vibration damper
Removing and installing vibration damper
   
Removing
–  Remove poly V-belt for power steering pump, alternator and viscous fan → Chapter.
–  Remove 8 bolts -1- and detach vibration damper.
  Note
Central bolt does not have to be loosened when removing vibration damper.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  On installation, make sure notch -arrow- in vibration damper is aligned with locating lug on toothed belt sprocket.
–  Install poly V-belt for power steering pump, alternator and viscous fan → Chapter.
