• ‒ Fuse 28 in fuse carrier OK
• ‒ Check voltage supply to terminal 28 =>

• ‒ Power supply OK.

• ‒ Remove cover for fuel gauge and fuel pump from below rear right of rear boot trim.
• ‒ Pull off connectors for fuel pump and fuel gauge.
• ‒ Supply voltage to fuel pump via final control diagnosis function 03.
• ‒ → Check voltage at connector with voltage meter between terminal 1 (green) and 4 (brown).

Specified value: Approx. battery voltage

• ‒ If specified value is attained, reattach connector.
• ‒ → Check pipe between connector (on exterior of housing), electric connection and fuel pump with ohmmeter for through flow.
• ‒ Through flow OK, replace fuel pump .
• ‒ Install cover for fuel gauge and fuel pump from below rear boot trim.
