Final control diagnosis
Final control diagnosis
  Note
t  Final control diagnosis can only be performed with engine stopped and ignition on.
t  If final control diagnosis detects a fault, locate and eliminate cause of trouble.
   
Sequence of operations
–  Start automatic headlight range control self-diagnosis → Chapter.
Display on -VAS 5051B-:
–  In list -1- select function “03 - Final control diagnosis”.

Display on -VAS 5051B-:
A - 1. control element in test
1 - Lowering of headlights
l  Headlights are lowered as far as lower end position.
  A01-0123
–  Touch → key.
Display on -VAS 5051B-:
A - 2. control element in test
2 - Raising of headlights
l  Headlights are raised as far as upper end position.
  A01-0124
–  Touch → key.
Display on -VAS 5051B-:
A - Control element test over
–  Terminate function “03 - Final control diagnosis” by touching ← key.
