  Note
It is not possible to remove the protective side strips without damaging them irreparably.
   
–  To remove, heat protective strips -1- and -2- with a hot air blower and detach from door.
–  Bonding surface must be free of dust and grease.
–  Clean outer panel with petrol, treat with silicone remover and rub dry.
l  Protective strips may only be bonded on at room temperature.
l  Allow vehicle and protective strips to adjust to ambient temperature for at least 2 hours prior to performing work.
l  Once the protective film has been removed, the protective strip must be fitted on the vehicle within 90 minutes.

–  Remove protective film -3- from double-sided adhesive tape -4- shortly before installation.
–  Attach protective strip to body panel, working from front to rear.
–  Heat protective strip to approx. 40° C with a hot air blower and press or roll on firmly.
l  Vehicle must be kept at ambient temperature for 4 hours after bonding on trim strip.
