Removing and installing steering angle senderG85

Removing and installing steering angle sender -G85-

Note

If the steering angle sender -G85- is renewed, it must be calibrated → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.

Removing

–	Remove return ring with slip ring → Chapter.

–	Pull off steering angle sender -G85--item 1--arrow-.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

–	Perform calibration of steering angle sender -G85- in “Guided Functions” after renewing steering angle sender -G85- → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.
