‹› Replace the seals and O-rings.

Install selector shaft.

‹› Installation position: Flattened part of selector shaft - B  - faces downward.

‹› Ignore - A - and - C -.

Slide the selector shaft - 2 - into transmission all the way and install the bolt - 3 -.

‹› Installation position: The groove - arrow - on the bolt -  3 - faces the selector shaft cover.

Clean locking bolt threads - 1 - with a wire brush. Then insert bolts with Locking Compound (AMV 185 101 A1 ) and tighten to 45 Nm.

Install the cover - A - with an O-ring.
