Clearance to roof: dimension -a- = 4 mm

NOTE:  Any stickers to be placed on the windshield (e.g. airbag) must be placed at same position on new window.

Cover strip

Slide to center before installation of window

Note installation marking on cover strip See Fig. 1

Adhesive bead

Pay attention to thickness of adhesive bead and windshield frame clearance gap. See: Windshield, Preparing For Installation

Spacers
-

Pay attention to thickness of various spacers See Fig. 1

Thickness of external spacers (2x) = 6.5 mm

Thickness of internal spacers (2x) = 7.5 mm
