‹› Loosen and remove bolts - 1 and 2 - with a pawl with a 3/8 inch drive and socket and extension.

-

Pull steering column out of the steering shaft

-

Carefully lay down the steering column and steering wheel.

-

Remove mounting bracket from the vehicle.

Installing

CAUTION!
The brake pedal stop must always be installed. The brake lamp sensor mount could break when the brake pedal is unlocked.

Make sure the wall seal is seated properly before inserting the mounting bracket.

Install mounting bracket into the guides in the vehicle.

-

Install nuts on the mounting bracket guides and secure it.

-

Install bolts from brake booster - 1 - to the mounting bracket and tighten them.

‹› First install the bolts from the brake booster to the mounting bracket and tighten them.

-

Tighten nuts - 16 - on mounting bracket guides.
