Remove the bolts - arrows - on the headlamp range control positioning motor - 1 -.

-

Pull reflector - 4 - back and tilt the headlamp range control positioning motor - 3 - upward - arrow - to disengage the ball head - 2 - on the
adjusting axle from the ball head mount - 1 -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification => [ Halogen Headlamps Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Halogen Headlamps Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Connect the electrical connector when guiding in.

-

Pull the reflector back and engage the ball head on the adjusting axle in the reflector ball head mount.

-

Close opening in the headlamp with the housing cover - 1  - from the repair kit.
