Shifter CVT: Removal and Replacement

Shift Mechanism Cover

Removing

-

Remove the selector lever handle. Refer to => [ Selector Lever Handle ] See: Selector Lever Handle. 

-

Open the ashtray in the center console and remove - arrows  - the trim panel.

-

Remove the 2 retaining bolts for the ashtray and lift the ashtray at the rear.

-

Release all 4 clips - arrows - and pull the cover -  1 - with guide upwards to remove.

-

Disconnect the connector from the side of the guide plate.

Installing

Installation is in the reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install the selector lever handle. Refer to => [ Selector Lever Handle ] See: Selector Lever Handle.
