Unlock connector lock with a small screwdriver - 3 -.

Remove pyrotechnic belt tensioner ignition pill - 2 - connector -  1 -.

Connect the electrical connector for the pyrotechnic belt tensioner.

Place connector - 1 - on pyrotechnic belt tensioner ignition pill - 2 -.

-

Press connector lock - 3 - into connector -  1 - in - direction of arrow -.

This pushes connector into ignition pill to stop and locks it at the same time.

‹› If connector was not unlocked correctly with connector lock, a malfunction entry occurs in airbag control module.
