Pedal Assembly, Overview

1. Butyl tape

Always replace

Acts as seal between pedal bracket and bulkhead

2. Pedal bracket

^

Removing and installing; Refer to pedal assembly

3. Insulation

^

Inserted in pedal bracket

4. Pipe for clutch master cylinder, 15 Nm
5. Accelerator pedal

Clip into pedal bracket

^

Delivered as replacement part with integrated bushing, bushing cannot be replaced

^

Removing and installing; Refer to pedal assembly

6. Circlip

^

Always replace

^

Install on shaft of mounting bracket

7. Circlip

^

Always replace

^

Install on pin

8. Brake pedal

^

Slide onto shaft of mounting bracket

^

To remove, mounting bracket must be loosened

^

Delivered as replacement part with integrated bushing, bushing cannot be replaced
