Parking Brake Pedal: Service and Repair
Pedal Assembly, Removing and Installing

Remove mounting bracket:

-

Pry off gap cover below steering column, see arrows.

-

Unscrew cover, see arrows.

-

Remove lower insulation mat.

-

Disengage cable -3- from accelerator pedal.

-

Unclip connector -4- for cruise control from clutch and brake pedals.

-

Disconnect vacuum hose -2- for cruise control from clutch and brake pedals.

-

Unclip connector -1- from brake light switch.

-

Loosen hose clamp of cable harness connection.

-

Disengage return spring -5- at brake pedal.

-

Disengage pressure rod -6- for master brake cylinder.
