Slide puller over securing bushing - arrow A -.

Secure puller by sliding Sleeve (T40054/2) in direction of - arrow - to stop.

Drive securing bushing upward with Slide Hammer ( VW 771).
‹› Removal of securing bushing - arrow B - is carried out in the same way.
Installing
-
Lightly lubricate securing bushing shaft and holes in transmission with transmission oil.

Insert securing bushing - arrow A - in Puller (T40054/1) and slide Sleeve ( T40054/2) over to secure.
