Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair

Right Coolant Pipe

Removing

-

Remove right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Right Exhaust Manifold ] See: Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair/Right Exhaust
Manifold.

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 -.

-

Disconnect right coolant tube from the connection and from the coolant hose - arrow -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Coat new O-ring with coolant.

Install right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Right Exhaust Manifold ] See: Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service and Repair/Right Exhaust
Manifold.
