Remove coolant hose - 3 - by lifting the retaining clip.

-

Disconnect coolant hoses - 1 - and - 4 - and loosen the hose clamp - 5 -.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Disconnect rear coolant pipe leading to the left side from the coolant hose.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-rings.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. 

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

Clean and/or smooth the sealing surfaces of the O-rings.

-

Coat new O-ring with coolant.

-

Connect the coolant hose with the connector on the coolant pipe => [ Connect the coolant hose and connector coupling

to the coolant pipe. ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview

-

Install plenum chamber bulkhead. 

-

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.
