Power Take-off Seals, Replacing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Seal Remover (T40195)

Procedure

-

Remove air conditioner compressor.

-

Remove power steering pump.

-

Remove bolts - arrows - and heat shield - 1 -.

-

Remove hose clamp on the dust cap - arrow -.

-

Remove dust cap and A/C compressor driveshaft from the end of the spur gear shaft for the A/C compressor drive.

-

Rotate spindle on the Seal Puller (T40195) all the way back.
