Removing

-

Remove the driver knee airbag. Refer to => [ Driver Knee Airbag Igniter ].  See: Driver Knee Airbag Igniter

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove the driver knee airbag right bracket - 1 -. 

Installing

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order.
